IAM MAKING Post provides a centralized web-based dashboard that allows users to link their authenticated third-party social media accounts to schedule, publish, manage, and analyze digital content (text, images, videos). The Service acts solely as an intermediary tool to facilitate content distribution to platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Third-Party Services and API Compliance

Our Service relies heavily on Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) provided by third-party social media networks. By connecting your social media accounts to IAM MAKING Post, you explicitly agree to be bound by the respective Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Developer Policies of those platforms, including but not limited to:

• TikTok: By using our TikTok integration, you agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Community Guidelines.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): You agree to the Facebook Terms of Service and Instagram Terms of Use.
• X (Twitter): You agree to the X Terms of Service and Developer Agreement.
• LinkedIn: You agree to the LinkedIn User Agreement.

Disclaimer of Liability for Third-Party Actions: We do not control these third-party platforms. If your social media account is restricted, shadowbanned, suspended, or terminated by a third-party network due to the content you publish or your use of our Service, IAM MAKING Post shall bear no responsibility or liability.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Content Rules

You are solely responsible for all content (data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages) that you upload, post, or schedule via the Service. You strictly agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Publish spam, unsolicited promotional materials, or engage in unauthorized automated actions (such as mass-following, mass-liking, or botting) that violate third-party API rules.
• Infringe upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Transmit any material that contains software viruses, trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Use the Service to scrape, data-mine, or extract data from third-party networks in violation of their terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you schedule and publish through our platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, format, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering it to your selected social media networks.
• Our Platform: Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Payments

If you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy or required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE.

9. Limitation of Liability
